Your Reservation
Each time a client makes a reservation, the trip is entered into the computer with a reservation number. The reservationist reads back to the client the information that has been entered into the computer, along with the reservation number. This is to ensure that the clients' information is correct. In addition, all trips are confirmed by e-mail for accuracy.
Quality Control
When picking up passengers at the airport, each and every trip is checked through computerized flight tracking systems, which enables us to track a flight within 5 minutes of its arrival time.
Driver Check-In Policy
Every driver checks in 1 or 2 hours before actually picking up a client. This is to ensure that the driver will be on time for the trip.
